HELLO Third trimester!

Yes! Only 3 months to go, woo hoo!

We are having so much fun. Jerry and I have been able to go on 3 dates already, thanks to wonderful family babysitters. And Jonah is loving all the fun kids and toys to play with. He is also learning like crazy. When we left he could only say 3 or 4 words. Now he is practically learning a new word everyday!

This has been such a good vacation. I thought it would be so much more stressfull being away for a month, but it has been so realaxing. It is just what I needed. :)

We're here!

We made it. The drive wasn't too bad. I took some good pictures that I was going to use to cleverly narrate our trip here, but we don't have our own computer and I don't want to download my pictures to a public computer or someone elses.

Anyway, we've been in Utah for about a week and we're having a good time. Jerry has worked everyday (including this weekend) but I've been able to see lot's of family and friends.

I think I have an anxiety problem

Whenever Jonah doesn't take a nap, or doesn't fall asleep withing an hour of when he should at night, I totally freak out, and I don't know why!

I know that being a parent means being the definition of patience and flexibility, but for some reason, I cannot relax about this one thing. Luckily Jonah does take a nap and fall asleep when he should about 90-95% of the time so it's usually not a problem. But when he doesn't take his nap, I get super ornery, sometimes cry and basically feel totally helpless, angry, sad, and mostly anxious. Almost like I'm going to have a panic attack. It isn't just being pregnant either. I've been this way since he was born. Nothing else bothers me this way.

I know it isn't a big deal. He is a great sleeper and he gets plenty of rest. So why do I let it affect me so deeply?

Jonah smelling socks

Jonah has started smelling his socks. I really have no clue where he got this idea. I don't smell socks (I'm pretty sure). Jerry doesn't smell socks. Anyway, pretty cute. sorry the video is sideways, I'm not very smart:)
