The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater

This is probably a 4.5 stars for me. I loved this book. I listened to the audiobook and I'm so glad I did. Some might say that the story was a little slow, but not me. I am however pretty patient with most books. I wish that the love story had a little more detailed, but I think she probably didn't because the characters wouldn't have been over the top about it. I think she did it that way on purpose. I really feel like I've been the the island and I want to go back. To live in such a simple, small, beautiful place. I wish I was a better writer so I could describe all the ways that I enjoyed this book. At all the things that the author did that I liked. How her words were powerful and perfect. But I'm really not so I'm just going to say that I loved it. I'm tempeted to start all over and read (or listen) to it again.
