A Voice in the Wind by Francine Rivers
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Second book I've read by this author and it didn't disappoint! It was a little hard to get into because she uses so much of the vocabulary of the ancient time it's set in (the glossary in the back helped a lot). Once I got past that, I was so good. Just one of those books that you can't wait to get home to keep reading. And knowing it's a Christian literature, I would think that would feel forced, but it makes the story so amazing. It seriously strengthens my faith and makes me want to be more Christlike.
You don't have to be spiritual or religious to enjoy this either. Just a wonderful story!
