Hiking

Yesterday we attempted to hike to to the "G" with Jonah. I was pretty impressed with how well he did. He really hates being in the baby carrier, but he probably lasted about half an hour. We didn't even make it half way up, but it felt so good to be hiking. It was so beautiful!

We tried really hard to get a picture of the three of us, but we couldn't quite get it.

So we had to take pictures of us separately.
We also forgot Jonah's hat, that's why Jerry is holding up the blanket to shield Jonah from being sunburned.

Here is a picture of Jonah, he was looking at me like I was the coolest person in the world and I had to document it. He is so adorable!

Jonah's Baby Blessing

Yesterday was Jonah's baby blessing. Jerry did such a good job and It was so nice to have so many of our family and friends be here. What was really neat was that Jonah wore the outfit Jerry wore when he was blessed and used the blanket that was used when I was blessed.

Still one little cutie!

Not too much has been going on lately. We are still busy everyday, but not with anything that is too exciting. Here are some more pictures of Jonah. He is now 10 weeks old, and sweet as can be.
He loves to be held during the day. Really. He won't sleep very long unless he is being held, but that ain't too bad, just look at him!

Talk to the hand

Every time we unwrap Jonah from his blanked when he is sleeping (like when we need to put him in his carseat) his hand freeze is the position you see above. It is so cute! He will keep his hands like this for like 10 minutes. Jonah is 6 weeks old now and growing like a weed! We have both really enjoyed Jerry being home a lot, and I know will have a really hard time when Jerry goes back to work full time, and especially when he goes to Washington in July (he will be gone for 5 weeks) But for now, we are just enjoying our time together.
